Paco first came to the Sierra Nevada in 1974 for a backpacking trip. In 1978, he moved here. And the story goes the same for most of us here at the store. We come up to the mountains for a year or two, and Lake Tahoe and the Sierra takes its grip on us and we make the choice to call this home. The obvious reason is our love for the outdoors and the athletic opportunities this place has to offer. When we are not playing, well, you know, we have to work and it might as well be in a place selling the sporting goods that we are familiar with.
     Paco's Bike and Ski has been in business for over twenty seven years, providing biking and cross country skiing services to the Tahoe region. And with over 150 years of combined experience in the Nordic and bicycling world, someone here will probably be able to answer your question, no matter how obscure. Whether you're looking for specific Cycling or Cross Country Ski products, or places to go to enjoy them, we are here at your service and excited to share with you a little piece of our lives. From avid recreational users to professional athletes, our staff has the expertise to get you what you need.
