Here at PacosXC.com, we guarantee the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will gladly accept returns but the following guidelines must be followed to ensure a full refund.
- All non-sale items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Sale items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- All items must be new and unused and returned in the original packaging.
- An RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is required, which you can receive via email or by calling us on the phone. This will ensure a speedier process for the return. Items sent back with no RA# will be refused.
- Special orders on items we do not normally stock, or custom cut poles, cannot be returned.
- Mounted skis are not returnable, unless a store's directed fit discrepancy exits. (Mounted skis will be
charged a 20% restock fee of the ski and binding.)
- Ship returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, insured and trackable to the following address:

Warranties
For warranty issues, we will do everything we can do to assist you. Most products have a one year warranty
against defects. This generally does not cover or imply coverage for damage due to falls, misuse, and abuse of the product. We will facilitate the process with the manufacturer and aid in any manner as possible, as the warranty is between the consumer and the manufacturer.
